Why is the unit propane-powered, and why is that important?

When clean burning propane is processed through a catalytic combustion system you get warm CO2 and moisture (mosquito attractants). Our mosquito exterminators also use the heat from this process to create electricity so you don’t need batteries or power cords.

Does the unit make a lot of noise or put out bad odors?

Where I can use this product?

When do I turn my my unit on and off?

our mosquito exterminators are designed to operate 24/7 during the mosquito season. The unit should be set up, tested, and placed into continuous operation as soon as mosquitoes become a nuisance. The unit should be shut down only once temperatures are consistently below 50°F.
